6.1 Booking Methods

- Appointments can be booked up to 3 hours before the desired service time
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist

- All appointments are subject to confirmation by our staff
- You will receive confirmation via your preferred contact method (SMS, email, or phone)
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
7.1 Cancellation Notice
- 24 hours notice required for all cancellations
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee
- Cancellation fees will be determined based on the service booked and communicated at time of booking
7.2 No-Show Policy

- Patch testing may be required for certain chemical services
- Clients may be asked to return for patch testing 24-48 hours before chemical treatments
- Refusal to patch test may result in service denial
10.3 Sanitation and Hygiene
- We maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- All tools and equipment are properly sanitized between clients
- Single-use items are disposed of after each client
11. Client Responsibilities
11.1 Accurate Information
- Provide accurate contact information and service history

- Arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed

- Clients assume responsibility for following aftercare instructions
12.3 Product Allergies
- Clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies or sensitivities
- We recommend patch testing for clients with sensitive skin or known allergies
- We are not liable for allergic reactions when proper disclosure was not made
13. Photography and Social Media
13.1 Consent Policy
- Our image consultants may request permission to photograph your hair/styling results
- Verbal consent will be obtained at the time of your appointment
- Photos may be used for:

- Print marketing materials

16. Prohibited Conduct
Clients agree not to:
- Engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Use tobacco, alcohol, or controlled substances on premises
- Bring outside food or beverages without permission
- Interfere with other clients’ services or enjoyment
- Damage salon property or equipment
Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination and premises removal.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
